  stale cold brisket sandwich, cheese was dried & hard. stale old overcooked curly fries, cold as well Nasty, just plain nasty. I feel ripped off.

  It's Arby's so you know the food. The customer services what set one apart of the rest. Extremely friendly and cool employees. Food of course was great.

  Andrea Had a great smile for her customers. She also called me by name from my credit card. The lid on my sandwich came open. An employee noticed that and made sure it was closed before my meal was handed to me so that it stayed warm. Meal was fresh and hot. In fact it was too hot. I had to wait a few min to eat it. While I was eating I heard the Andrea who took my order tell am older woman that didn't move to well to get her drink but she would bring her meal out. Very rare to see a fast food restaurant notice the little things and go the extra mile.
